Dear beloved customer.
Kratomind Global’s shipping operations will be temporarily postponed on June 14, 2018 and resume on June 21, 2018. We failed to inform you that the Indonesian federal government would hold a ten-day, nationwide holiday beginning in Monday, June 11, 2018, and that our nation’s post offices would close June 14, 2018. As such, we truly apologize for not informing our loyal customer base that all post offices — along with virtually every other business across Indonesia — would be closed well ahead of time.
Post office still receive incoming mail until 14 June but they only sort it and save it in departure office. The stuff will departed in 21 June. They didn’t mention it clearly before
Once again deeply apologize about late information. It’s miss communication between us and post office. They didn’t mark clearly they only receive it,not ship it in same day
Honesty is important in business, and we stand on our credibility. We don’t want lying by drop the package in post office but items will be departure in 21 June. It will waste your time 1 week
