About EMS

EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service, for documents and merchandise.

The Universal Postal Union created the EMS Cooperative to develop express delivery worldwide. The EMS Cooperative promotes cooperation between member postal organizations to allow them to provide a high quality global EMS delivery service.

Handling Time

• • We call indonesia post clerk to pick up items
  • Item stored in local facility
  • In next working day,local post office send the goods to indonesia customs office 
  • After item finish inspection,indonesia customs returned the goods to indonesia post,and they send it to departure gateway in Jakarta
  • Item arrive in Jakarta,and departed outward as soon as possible

Total day needed : 4 days . If we got federal holidays,handling time might extend into 7 days

Tracking Ability

What we hate about EMS is they didn’t transparent on their tracking. Their tracking only show “Departure outward” , not giving us any progress where is the item now 

Their estimated time arrives are varies,and often late.

How to track EMS

• • If your tracking just updated , you can track it from Cekresi.com , this website only for local tracking , from item posted,until reach departure gateway
  • Once item arrives in departure gateway,you can track it using USPS for U.S , Canada post for canada , czech post for czech , etc
  • Another way to track is using this site : EMS.Posindonesia.co.id  (Only when item arrives in departure gateway)

• • EMS need signature,we can’t erase this feature
  • EMS works with your local post office for deliveries in destination country , like in U.S they work with USPS , in Canada works with Canada post
