Shipment Regulation Update
Kratom is good business. Even in Pandemic condition,this industry still run like usual. The only things affect kratom industry is : Regulation

Shipment is normal since mid-December. This announcement is no longer valid. We will keep it for historical purposes. You should understand that you should not enter the kratom industry for a newcomer in the Kratom industry if you can’t stand in the waves.
Update : 08 October 2020
Shipping is normal now with some notes. We only can ship 4 box per ups account in every two day. We are in process creating new ups account,so we can ship more item everyday. Here is our shipment plan
- Indonesia customs can stop shipping every time they want. Current condition is,our item moving even just 4 box everyday. It can be stopped every time. Shipping condition is unstableÂ
- for quantity < 20 kg with U.S destination address, we will put it in one large box. We will send this to Washington first,once it arrives,our guys will segregates it,and ship to you using USPS Priority
- for U.S customers which has been in business with us in the past , you can pay later once item arrives in U.S . Just email us,confirming you will pay once item arrives in our U.S warehouse
- For Non US country with quantity < 10 Kg , please kindly wait
- Awaiting time will announced soon
- If you think it’s too long,just inform us. As long as your package still not shipped,we will refund your money as soon
- If you can’t wait and want to get different vendors,please read our tips in end of this article
Update : 15 October 2020
- We can’t do stealth shipping now. We must declare our shipment as M.SPECIOSA
- Check legality status of kratom in your country. Remember,we can’t do stealth shipping like before
- If you want stealth shipping,you can use our forwarder services in Netherland and Germany. Both forwarder fees is 30 Euro per 20 kg. Below 20 kg , the fees remain the same
- Shipping is good for kratom powder and kratom crushed leaf,for kratom capsules,we are awaiting further information from customs
- In next few days,there will be no shipping limitation. Hopefully it’s true.
Update : 19 October 2020
- Non U.S pending shipment will depart in 20 October
- U.S pending shipment with weight ≥ 20 Kg will depard in 20 October
- U.S pending shipment with weight < 20 Kg will follow shipment schedules below

- Shipping is normal. We must declare it as Mitragyna Speciosa , it means we can’t ship to restricted country

In September 2020,Indonesia customs tighten their shipping regulations. It affect whole kratom shipment,especially UPS shipment
We didn’t surprised about this problem. In Quarter 3 or 4 of the year,usually problem happen. There is various opinion about this problem. It’s normal.Â
Different vendor has their own informant,maybe their informant is highest stake holders in indonesia customs or just an office boy? Who knows? Everyone always said they have “Insider” in Indonesia customs LOL
What Happen?
Indonesia customs stopped UPS kratom shipment. This problems is at federal / national level. Even you change your vendor,if they still using UPS,most likely they can’t ship. If they can,their shipment per day is limited
Why?
There is a few opinion around there. Here is
Extract Problem : Some people think indonesia customs stopped kratom shipment because they found extract in one of the package,and it’s triggering mass inspection. We don’t belive this,we have ship kratom extract so many times without problem in indonesia. In May our extract detained in U.S customs and kratom shipment still goes as usual.
Capsules Problem : Another weak opinion.
False Declare : It’s our opinion. I will not say it’s from our “insider” in customs. It’s pretty easy to analyze. As you know,indonesia vendor NEVERÂ write their goods as Kratom. Everyone write it as other common herbs. It never become problem and why it’s become problem now?
We think because some country sent a diplomatic notes to Indonesia customs about this false declare. So many incoming package from indonesia which contain kratom but it declared as other herbs
Why Indonesia seller didn’t write kratom in real name? Because we can’t make kratom export permission document in LEGAL way. There is no kratom HS CODE in indonesia HS book . We need to use “back way” , i am sure you already guessing. It’s start with B word
Possible Solution
It’s really frustrating. We understand you need fast supply and sometimes it can’t be delayed. We have some good information for you,maybe you will found some solution from here :
1. Use DHL HK
Some vendor i know use DHL HK to ship. The method is collecting their order until it reach at least 100 kg and then send it to Jakarta harbour. Their freight services will ship it to Hongkong. It will arrive in Hongkong 3 days – 5 daysÂ
After item arrives in Hongkong,freight agent will pick it and put DHL label in the box. This is good method,however waiting time will be very long. They process above 2 tons per day,i am not sure package will go out immediately upon arrives in Hongkong
Here is some notes if you want to try this way :
- Get ready for long awaiting time
- Check vendor terms of services. Usually you can’t cancel your order even you have wait in very long time
- Make sure they give you delivery guarantee
2. Use Air Cargo
Air cargo still work as usual. However,you will need to buy in big quantity,around 400 Kg above. Items will declared as Mitragyna Sp , please ensure it’s perfectly legal in your country
3. Get Other Vendors
I really suggest you to get kratom near your place. So many Indonesia vendors promised their shipment will go fast like usual. We doubt it.Â
4. Patiently Wait
Nothing last forever,they can’t stop kratom shipment forever. Kratom status is perfectly legal,there is no reason to ban kratom shipment forever.
Conclusion
We have start refund process,most of orders has been refunded. Thank you so much for your trust and loyalty. Don’t worry,we are not quit from this business. We will back once shipping condition back to normal and please do not ask us for another vendor reference
We are sure another vendor have good stuff too but not sure if they have good services like us. Once upon a time,we give our customers vendor references – in case we can’t serves – it ends up with our customers upset with our choice. They keep emailed us about vendor we referencedÂ
