Tea is one of the world’s most consumed beverages. It is thought to originate from China where tea has been drunk for thousands of years. Around the 16th century, when the Portuguese were expanding their power, this beverage was imported to Europe and quickly gained popularity which, in turn, made the Portuguese and the Dutch decide to establish large-scale tea plantations in their tropical colonies.
Indonesian tea is known for having the world’s highest catechin content (a natural antioxidant). Most of the country’s tea production constitutes black tea, followed by green tea.
I use Sariwangi Tea bag. Introduced in 1973, SariWangi is Indonesia’s favorite hot tea brand. It is made from quality black tea and processed under strict supervision to consistently deliver the signature flavor & aroma that Indonesians love.
Here is the Step :
- Prepare 1 table spoon or 2 , depend on your dose
- Add some lemon
- Boil with 2 glass of water
- Boil it with small fire
- Pour it on cup
- Add 2 sariwangi tea bag
- No need to add sugar , tea flavor will dominate kratom bitterness
- Enjoy!
Kratom tea can be safely stored in the refrigerator for about 5 days. It is probably okay to keep it a bit longer, but it’s better to play it safe and not drink it after 5 days. It can be stored for many months if you add some alcohol to it. Adding about 10% alcohol will preserve it for many months (in the refrigerator). That is 1 part 80 proof vodka (or a similar spirit) to 3 parts kratom tea.
The same general preparation method can of course be used with larger or smaller amounts of herb by simply adjusting the volume of water used. Many people experience nausea when using doses above 25 grams. Some highly sensitive individuals experience nausea when using doses above 15 grams. When taking larger doses, it is best to do so on an empty stomach (i.e. wait about 3 hours after eating). To order fine quality wild kratom, please visit Kratomind Shop
